Why I started it

I spent four years in the Marine Corps leading a maintenance platoon, where every inspection was documented and every piece of equipment had to be accounted for. After the Marines I spent years in business operations, building and fixing the systems companies run on. Unmanned Air Services is where those two worlds meet.

I started it because aerial data is only worth something if you can trust it. Plenty of people can put a drone in the air. Fewer can tell you exactly what the imagery shows, how accurate it is and what it shouldn't be used for. That's the standard I hold this business to.

Today that means reality capture for builders: orthomosaics, point clouds and 3D meshes fitted to the project's control so they line up with the BIM model, plus infrared thermography and listing photography. Every job is flown to the same standard and processed through our own pipeline, and you have one point of contact from booking to final delivery. When an off-the-shelf drone can't carry the sensor a job needs, we build one that can.

What I won't do

Oversell. If you need a property line determination, you need a licensed land surveyor, and I'll tell you that. If the weather won't give your project the result it deserves, I'll reschedule rather than hand you something mediocre. If a thermal pattern hasn't been confirmed, it doesn't go in the report as a finding.
