Coverage is the product: a report covers every slope and ridge however many there are, with no per-slope charge. Reports are usually delivered the same day as the flight.
What a report shows

Why use a drone instead of a ladder
- Nobody on the roof. Steep, wet, tall or fragile roofs are documented without the fall risk or the liability.
- Faster. Most homes take minutes in the air, and the report usually goes out the same day.
- Better record. Close-ups of every slope, valley, penetration and ridge, plus a full overhead, in one file you can send to a client, an adjuster or an insurance claim.
A roof report is a photographic record of visible condition. It doesn't include measurements, areas, pitch or diagrams, and it isn't a home inspection. For hidden water in a flat roof, see infrared roof moisture surveys.

For roofers and exterior contractors
Price the job from your truck. We fly the roof, you get the annotated PDF, and your customer gets a professional file with your name on it. Contractors ordering regularly can buy reports white-label under their own brand. Partner program →
